The narrow and irregular lot configuration combined with strict zoning requirements proved to be the primary design challenge for this project. As a response to zoning requirements, the top floor of this development was set back creating a terrace space overlooking the front street. To maximize views and privacy for the occupants, the front facade is slightly angled taking advantages of the streetscape as well as providing privacy from the adjoining tenants.
